The Human Resource Certificaiton Institute (HRCI), Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi), certification is for internationally based practitioners. The certification validates professional-level competency, knowledge and skills to help the candidate's career path in an international setting. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience with a Master's degree or global equivalent; a minimum of two years of experience with a bachelor's degree or global equivalent, or a minimum of four years of experience with a high school diploma or global equivalent. Candidates should have knowledge in areas including, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration and Shared Services, Talent Management and Development, Compensation, Benefits and Work Experience, Employee Relations and Risk Management, and HR Information Management.Candidates must also pass a written exam.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a high school diploma or global equivalent.
Option 2:Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Bachelor's degree or global equivalent.
