The Certified Associate in Software Quality (CASQ) credential is an entry level certification that demonstrates a professional level of competence in the principles and practices of quality assurance in the IT profession. Applicants must have three years of experience in the IT testing field or the equivalent in education and experience as determined by QAI. Education and/or Experience REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for candidacy, each applicant must meet ONE of three requirements listed below, have either:
- A 3-year degree or 4-year degree from an accredited college-level institution, or
- A 2-year degree from an accredited college-level institution and 1 year of experience in the information services field, or
- Three years of experience in the information services field.
