Eastern States Working Dog Association, Police Service Dog Certification (PSDC) is a mid-level certification designed to test the handler and the canine. The PSDC credential requires passing a series of tests that examine the proficiency of the canine to determine several high-level detections and K9 teams working abilities. Handlers are tested in multiple phases.
