IS DOD CIV COOL GOING TO HAVE A LIVE CHAT?

Want to do a live chat with Navy COOL staff? Simply click the Live Chat tab on the right side of any COOL page, fill in the chat form, and click Start Chat.

Live Chat is available between 0700 and 1600 Central Time, Monday through Friday.

If you attempt to chat outside of service hours, you'll instead get the familiar online feedback form, and you can use that to submit your question.
